funds, English language proficiency, and health insurance. 
 

3. Prepare Documents: Gather necessary documents, such as your passport, CoE, proof of 
financial support, English test results (like IELTS or TOEFL), and Overseas Student 
Health Cover (OSHC). 
 

4. Create an ImmiAccount: Register for an account on the Australian immigration website 
to apply online. 
 

5. Complete the Application: Fill out the visa application form, providing all required 
details and documents. 
 

6. Pay the Visa Fee: Submit the application fee online as part of the application process. 
 

7. Attend an Interview (if required): Some applicants may need to attend a visa interview 
or provide additional documentation. 
 

8. Wait for Visa Decision: Wait for the Australian Department of Home Affairs to process 
your visa application. This can take several weeks. 
 

9. Receive the Visa: If approved, you'll receive your student visa, allowing you to study in 
Australia.
